Soupitizer is optional, anyway - not a required food on your daily menu. Sip a cup of herbal tea, if you want something hot to drink. Or, bouillion is "free", too. Or, you can have a glass of water. Or, some veggies. Or, you can make your own homemade veggie soup using all your "frees".

I have a glass of low sodium V-8 juice. It's a freebie and much cheaper than the Soupitizers. And it has the same result -- fills me up. Another trip is to put a little Fiber Sure into it. That will really help with the feeling of fullness.

Thanks. I will give this a try as well as adding the Fiber Sure since I am also dealing with constipation. I have tried eating high fiber fruits and vegetables but they are not doing the trick. Talk about bloated!

I make a great free cauliflower soup. Saute chopped onions in Pam, add some cayenne pepper (optional). Add cauliflower and chicken stock, cook until tender (about 13-15 min). Puree, add some limited free mocha mix, salt, pepper. Awesome.

Mocha mix? Am I reading that right?

Great suggestions. I am definitely going to substitute the low sodium V8 and fiber
