There are a lot of notes here to and about Valerie, I don't see that she ever responds. Are we really just writing to ourselves, to encourage and all?

Some of adv make it sound like we would actually see her on these boards but is that just adv?

Just curious, but it would really be a boost to actually hear from her in person - so to speak.

I totally agree with you. If she would just pop in every once- in -a -while would be great.

She is totally an inspriation to this whole program.

Well, if you watch the latest video blog that Valerie did-- it seems apparent that she does read the message boards. Check it out! How cool and motivating.
Val is a star and role model in every way. I'm so glad we have her as a success on JC to look towards-- it's not easy to KEEP the weight off and she is a great example of losing it and then maintaining the loss.

Of course the wife would have to hog tie me if she ever mentions me by name.
