I looked at Walmart this week for Ice-pops that fall below 35 cals each and found some Popsicle brand creamsicles that are only 20 cals each (sugar-free or no sugar added). They are SO yummy and totally hit the spot when craving something sweet later at night.

I definitely recommend picking up a box or two!!

Aw man...I was just sitting thinking that after writing bills and putting three kids to bed, I want a snack. I have read this and now grapes just don't seem that great anymore. blink.gif Thanks for the tip though, especially with summer coming up and I want to be included when we do ice cream after swim meets.

Take the grapes and wet them and roll them in sugar free jello flavor of your chopice and freeze them. This should help your sweet tooth!

O.k., that sounds so wierd but good. When I was pregnant with the twins, I craved frozen grapes. I do not think I had ever had them, but I knew I wanted them and really cold. I went 5 months eating tons of frozen grapes.

Does the sugar free jello count as anything? I am so new to this. I have only had two weigh ins and I am freaked about messing up my menu.

Sugar-free jello is an unlimited free, I believe... you may want to confirm that it's not limited, but either way, you can have it.

funny, i found the same icepops w/ creme inside, they are fatfree and sugar free and 20 calories. So would these also be unlimited? Could I actually have 2 or 3 a day and not count them???

I have not the new menu, yet, but looking on the website, I just can wait. I do have a question, is the ice pops a limited free or unlimits free? I like it said umlimited free, which makes it even more netter!!! I go next monday for my WI and my new menu. Now Monday is looking a little sweet now.
