When I first started the program 3 weeks ago, I needed to gradually get back into exercising since its been awhile. The first 2 weeks I was doing 20 minutes of cardio 3-4x per week. This week I decided to step it up and do 45 minutes. I did this Sunday and Monday. Now I am extremely sore. My question is, do I continue to push through and workout even though I am very sore or should I give my body a day or 2 to rest then resume. I am going to be 36 and the weight just doesnt come off like it used to. Even with a low calorie diet, if I dont exercise, I will see tiny results.

I don't know what is healthy, but I went from nothing to 30min 5days a week and I was sore!! I took one day off and marked that as one of my days off but then pushed through the rest now I don't get as sore anymore! So I say maybe take a day off but push through it otherwise you might get sore again when you do it again! The Muscles just need to get used to it!
