Full Version: can't access menu planner

I hadn't used the menu planner for a while, but when I tried to access it yesterday, it tells me I need to update my profile (or words to that effect) and when I do, it just takes me in a circle and I still end up with it saying to update my profile, etc. I have an account, I've entered the centre # and my acct #. I am logged in, but just can't get into the menu planner. What next--help! sad.gif
