I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with the website. If you are referring to the eTools Progress Tracker, this has not moved. After you log-in on the jennycraig.com website, you would simply click on the eTools tab and the Progress Tracker should load. The Progress Tracker is one of the Free eTools available to anyone that registers on the site so this is not dependant on your account being current.
If you are refering to a weight ticker that forum users place into their signature you can reinsert this by clicking the "My Account" in the Forums and replacing it into the Signature field.
I recommend you call 1-800-JennyCare (1-800-536-6922) and they should be able to get your account straightened out quickly. If you have further questions or need further assistance, please let us know.
