I'm new to Jenny Craig. I started on Friday of last week and am still excited about my journey. Looks like I just may be able to stick to this one.

I thought I'd share a couple of Oohhh - Aahhh moments...

This morning I had the pancakes and sausage. After I put the Jenny syrup on top, I put a hand full of blueberries in the microwave for 10 seconds and poured them over the pancakes. It was awesome!

Yesterday for lunch I had the chicken burger. I didn't really want it so I made a salad out of it. I cut up the chicken and the bun into bite sized pieces and backed them in the oven together for 20 minutes. I made my own dressing by combining a teaspoon of olive oil, a couple tablespoons of orange juice, a couple tablespoons of lemon juice, balsamic vinegar, cracked pepper, oregano, basil and scrapings of the peel from the orange. I put the chicken and croutons on the salad and it was yummy!!! *** I checked with the dietician on line and she said that if I make this particular dressing, I can add a little oil because I didn't use the Jenny Dressing and I used all free foods (the fruit juice wasn't enough to alter my diet.

Last night I tried the popcorn. I hadn't used my 2 tsp of margarine so I used a few squirts of "I Can't Believe It's Not Butter Spray". I was a very happy girl!
