Anyway, my husband came up with a great idea and I thought I would share it with you guys.
I love love love dipping chips, and I wasn't super crazy about the bruschetta chips the first time I ate them. So what I did was use my 1/4 cup of cottage cheese serving from breakfast, mix in 1/4 cup or so of fresh salsa and dip my chips in there! It is totally satisfying, I even had some chips left over that I didn't really want to eat because I was full!
So I just thought I would share with anyone who might be interested!
