Was to die for! I had it this morning for the first time and was in heaven. I sometimes feel like I am cheating on this diet. It is almost too good to be true but hey, I lost 2.6 my first week in.

I agree... the muffins are yummy. I rarely get them, though. They're good for a change, now and then, but I don't find them to be as satisfying (filling) as some of the other breakfasts? Not sure why, 'cause they do have a reasonable amount of protein and fiber.....

Enjoy!

Ditto to the above!

I love love love the Blueberry muffin but usually only get it once every two to three weeks because I am hungry WAT TOO FAST when I eat it!

Congratulations on your first week's loss!

Try toasting the JC Muffins. Cut the muffins in threes - muffin top and two other slices - toast and add sugar-free jam or jelly. They are delicious!!!!!

I am on the 1700 MP - so for breakfast, I have 1 - JC, 1 - Fruit and 1 - milk.......
I just discovered this - YUMMY!!!!
I cut up the muffin, into smaller pieces mix it with vanilla yogurt and some frozen (I am sure fresh would work too) Blueberries and eat it when I get to work (I am so not a morning person so am always rushed)!!
YUMMY!!!!!

I had mine the first time this morning and thought the same thing! It was delicious! I don't have my first weigh-in until this coming Friday, I cannot wait, I hope I lost something, I feel like I did, but who knows! Good Luck!

I love the muffin and order it every week, but I find it too crumbly. I'm going to try toasting it like Linda suggested.

Wow, what a great idea. I love the muffins just as they are, but I'll try this for a little variety on the texture.

I find the muffins really filling if you have them with your serving of fruit and milk as recommended. Plus they are a good value which I need right now.

I LOVE that muffin and find it satisfying too, but next one, I'm toasting and putting sugar free jelly on it...YUMMMMM!!! I love finding suggestions on here especially only being into the program for 10 days, but I did lose 4lbs. my first week, so I am VERY happy!!!

Hehe...I sooo agree with how yummy the muffins are! Well, I've only had the blueberry one so far, but I am planning on getting the banana nut next week, since I am buying my food weekly right now and can adjust what I want to order as I find new things I like.

I also thought, though, that the muffin on its own doesn't keep me full for long, so I had my yoghurt (mixed with limited food fatfree cream cheese to thicken it) with strawberries for breakfast when I got up,...and had the muffin when I got to work an hour or two later. That, way, spacing the foods out keeps me feeling alright, and not so ravaging mid-morning.

LOVE LOVE LOVE the muffins, though!!!

I don't like the blueberry muffin at all. Maybe I'm too much a child of the '80s, but it tastes like there is a Flintstone's vitamin crushed up inside of it!

I tried the blueberry parfait that they suggested in the Creative Recipes cookbook (minus the blueberries)....and I LOVED it!!!!!!
I keep dreaming about it! It was so good. I can't wait to eat the blueberry parfait again. I used fat free greek style yogurt, because it's a lot creamier than regular fat free yogurt, so I think it made a huge difference.
Good Gretta
I also love the blueberry muffin. Sometimes i save it until the afternoon munchies and nuke it for 30 seconds and eat it with a yummy latte i make with my milk serving. It's a wonderful moment.

I love both the banana nut muffin and the blueberry muffin. So yummy, and one of the less expensive breakfasts.

My addiction:

1 blueberry muffin
1 Dannon small vanilla yogurt (50 calories)
1/4 c fresh blueberries

Put the yogurt in the bottom of a dish, sprinkle blueberries over it, then break the muffin into pieces on top of that.

I could eat this EVERY morning. Except I also do this with the banana muffins only put 1/2 sliced banana in place of the blueberries.

My JCC laughs at me because I tend to have this 3 or 4 times a week.
