i get all my info from this website. people will answer this with their ideas. For example i volumized my pasta by sauteing in olive oil spinach ,garlic and onions and then dumping pasta in it and stirring it together. Forr the salsbury steak i stuff it and everything else in the meal in a pepper that i have softened on microwave, pizza i throw on sauted mushroom and onions and all this i learned on this website. By the way i am on week 7 and i am not tired of the food yet and i have not gained an ounce but lost 14 lbs. volumizing is the key since i failed on jc in the past but just eating what i ordered and not eating everything i am entitled to

on here! i cut up tomatoes and put them in the microwave for 15 seconds and then dump them in my breakfast scramble and add salsa and hot sauce. i put lettuce, tomato, and onion on my turkey panini. i put cilantro, salsa, and tomatoes in my chicken fajita while it is cooking and then i add lettuce and hot sauce to make them like soft tacos.

Here are a few of my favorites!!

Beef Chow Mein - large bed of lettuce on a plate, heat entree as directed, let cool for a few minutes. Cut up entree so everything is bite size, put on top of lettue and finish off with Jenny's Asian dressing. Delicious and filling, if I'm really hungry I'll add additional veggies (usually from Salad bar at work) peppers, broccoli, green beans, etc.

Cheesy Enchilade - large bed of lettuce on a plate, heat entree as directed, let cool for a few minutes. Cut up entree so everything is bite size, put on top of lettue and finish off with Jenny's Ranch Dressing and Salsa. Makes a great "Taco" salad!

Cheesy Enchilada - cut and core a green pepper, blanch halves in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove and "dry off". Place half of the entree in each half of the pepper, bake at 350 for 30 min. (I sometimes skin the pepper after it's blanced)

Macaroni and Cheese - spray a full-size loaf pan with Pam, drain and dump a can of your favotie green beans (i use Del Monte Cut Green Beans); prepare entree as instructed, dump on top of canned green beans in the loaf pan, use 1 serving of fat free cheddar cheese or reduced fat (I save from my afternoon snack); bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, absolutely delicious and filling.

Penne Pasta - pan saute your favorite fresh veggies, I use zuchinni, yellow squash and eggplant and sometimes canned tomatoes. spray a full-size loaf pan with Pam,cook the entree as directed and place on top of veggies, bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes, finish with 2 teaspoons of Kraft Parmesean Cheese...Delicious!

I have lots more, will post more later.
