heck yea!! It works if you do the program and I don't know why! I have learned a whole new way of eating and things I never thought of doing. I am not a milk drinker and I now drink a glass every morning. I eat veggies and fruit, and just eat salad like crazy. I have had to travel a lot in March and that has been my issue but I am still loosing weight. Good luck with your loss.

Hiya and I too just joined (3/24). I had my first weigh-in today and have lost 4.4 pounds!! Counselor says it's alot of water weight and not to expect that much each week, but it does feel GREAT to have 4.4 behind me!!

I am a new member, joined on Friday. Good luck to everyone, I go on Friday to weigh I am finding it hard not to go the scale everyday to see what is happening Is there any one else like that?

Hi, Just joined on Saturday. It is weird. I feel like I'm eating a lot and I'm full. My couselor didn't say much about drinking a lot of water. Is it not required to drink at least 8 glasses of water a day on this program?

Hey Kary,
I just joined on 3/26/09. My counselor specifically stated to drink at LEAST 64 oz. daily. She encouraged me to stay away from even low cal water, like propel, and gave a helpful idea. Put some water in a pitcher add some splenda and some cut lemons/limes/oranges. Set a goal to drink all the water and make a new pitcher every day. I did just that. I get a water bottle and just keep filling it up until I'm done with my pitcher. My pitcher equals about 12 cups. So far I have lost a total of 6 pounds in 5 days. Thats a lot of water wieight. The more you drink the more you lose. So drink up!! and good luck!!

I'm kind of nervous, I feel good but I don't think I lost anything yet.

I just started this past Friday 4/3. I did really well until yesterday during dinner when I was preparing my dinner along w/my family's dinner. I got very upset and wanted to bite off everyone's head, but I marched on and did NOT eat anything I shouldn't have eaten, so I'm proud of myself there! So far the food has been really good with the exception of the dressings.....the only one I like is the Ranch. I HATE the Asian and the Basalmic, they only sent me those 3 so I'm looking for something "legal" to either make on my own for the dressing or purchase in the store. I do NOT want either of those 2 dressings anymore and I don't have enough Ranch to get me thru until my next delivery on 4/16. I, too, want to get on the scale, but have stopped myself, my first WI is this coming Friday, but I feel good and I began walking 2 miles a day on Saturday which made me feel awesome!

Hello! I am from Canada and we do not get the dressings... you can get pretty well any of the LOW fat dressings and work out the 'fat' serving. My fav dressing is Renee's Sweet Onion and 2 Tbsps = 1 fat.

Oh, I thought they had to be FAT FREE? I HATE those too..lolol! I will have to see what I can find. Also, how did u add the weight ticker to your profile! I've been trying to figure it out, would love to know! Thanks, Kathleen

[font="Arial"][/font][size="3"][/size] Hey! I officially joined last week on the 31st and I am so glad I did! I lost almost EIGHT pounds! The first few days were hard becuase I was a little hungry but now it's fine! I think the only hard thing is that I HAVE to eat all day. Good Luck!

My first weigh in is tomorrow, I am excited, as I have stuck to the meals all week, no cheating. The problem I am having now, is that I work nights and when I am off I want to eat during the night. Does anybody else have that problem?

Hey Kathleen, have you tried using the asian dressing on a spinach salad??? It's my favorite dressing when I do it that way. Here's my daily salad:
1-2 handfuls of spinach
1/2 red bell pepper
1/4 c. red onion
1/2 c. sliced strawberries, sprinkled w/tiny bit of Splenda
1 package of Asian dressing
It's really good this way, I think the Splenda makes it a little less tart. Don't give up, the Balsamic is okayk but I mix the Ranch with a the chunky Salsa from Sam's or Costco that I've run through the magic bullet and thyen mix it with the Ranch it tastes just like the Mexi Ranch dressing at Applebees!! Good luck.

I joined on Monday. I love it! However, I get dizzy when I get out of bed in the morning. Does anyone have a solution for me?

I JUST saw this, ur recipe sounds awesome, I'm going to try it, I'll bet the Splenda makes it taste ALOT better. The Balsamic recipe sounds great too!! I have 1 week behind me and 4lbs.! Thanks so much for posting this, I apologize for not thanking you soon!!
