I am looking forward to trying this system. I am prementaposal, high blood pressure, cholesteral, fatigue. have social anxiety, on my feet all day & they are starting to hurt REally bad and effect me getting out of bed. I Have fibermyolga but sure weight is not helping.. I want to get my life back. Anyone having same symptoms and success, please let me know. I wont officially start the program til next week. Please keep in touch on success stories.

Hang in there! I can only speak to the cholesterol issue.
Mine was above 250 for 15 yrs. Within two months of working the JC plan, it has consistently stayed just under 200.
You will improve and feel better in many areas when you work the program. You've taken the first step and it was a GIANT one. Congrats!
Be proud of yourself.

Hi am with you I have HBP High LDL and I have found this program to work wonders--As with all you have to be faithful, but you do feel so good after being on it.. I remember the day I went in I was so lethargic tired sick of being exausted.. I remember the consultant asking me- thinking to myself can this help me and it def has.. You and I could be twins!
I have horrible PMS (esp. mood and cravings), I have social anxiety (I'm pretty much a hermit), and I've had Fibro for about 10 years.
I HAD (past tense...yay!) high blood pressure, but I've lost about 50 lbs and my bp came down my "normal" which is around 110/70. I can't really say about the cholesterol, because I take meds for it. I'm sure the healthier food helps, but my cholesterol was 225 when I was 18 and only weighed 115.
I'll be honest - the wt loss hasn't helped the Fibro much....I still have flares, but I'm with you, the weight wasn't helping!
I've noticed that the "food" part of my PMS has improved some! I've always craved sweets, but now I munch on an apple, or grapes instead, and I'm satisfied! When that doesn't work, I just have a triple choc cheesecake, and I'm good to go.
The thing I've noticed is that I can climb stairs and walk faster without the weight. I really do just feel healthier all together!
