I would like to know how much salad you suppose to have with your lunches or dinner, the quantity in like a cup or 2 cups, of spinich salad or garden salad with the meals.?

Have as much salad as you want. Check th back of your menu or your Success Made Simple Guide for a list of non-starchy (free) vegetables. Then, go crazy!

Be careful of your dressing though. Jc dressings count as one fat. If you want to use more than that, then choose entrees that require an additional fat like Mexican Chicken Tortilla Soup or Beef with Mashed Potatoes and Gravy.

I don't measure salad---I just eat lots of free veggies and salad. I don't use dressing for the most part, and when I do, its the Walden Farms calorie free stuff (the entire bottle has about 50 calories---even though each serving technically has 0 calories...it has to do with how they are able to label products, but becuase there are less than 5 calories per serving, they can say its "calorie free"...but if you had 4 bottles in week, you add 200 calories to your total....so, I make sure that I just pour some into a container and then dip fork into dressing and then into salad---I get limited dressing and TONS of salad and volume, which I NEED to feel full.

FYI: Jenny's salad dressing counts as one of your daily fat servings. If you are omitting the dressing and replacing it with a fat-free alternative, make sure you add an extra fat serving (found in the back of your Success Made Simple Guide) into your day.
