
Hello! I was looking to add a little change to my exercise routine (I have been on JC since 08/07 with 70 pounds lost), so I thought I would give it a try. I know the exercise is working because every time I am finished, I feel those muscles for the next 24 hours. It is not the bad kind of hurt where you groan every time you move, but you can feel those lower abdominal muscles that are in desperate need of toning! I like that the DVD is low impact and soothing, but the people who do the demonstrations have obviously been using Pilates for a long time (6 pack abs and zero fat). There is one female on the video who is new to the routine and the video focuses on her routine to help those of us who are not at the high Pilates level yet. So, hope you enjoy it! Dorothy
