I just started my third week on the program and I still haven't been able to use my eTools. I signed up for the Platinum Plan and would really like to reap it's benefits. Any suggestions?

Smads, make sure that the email address you are using (for etools) matches the email address you have given the Centre. If you have not given the Centre your email address, that is the problem. If you have given it to them & the 2 emails 'match,' call your Centre to ensure that 1) they entered the info in the computer & 2) they entered it correctly. That's all I know.

i had problems initially with etools, I sent email to JC "Contact us" voiced my frustration and they fixed it asap!
