Most of the time I appreciate that JC is not bland. In this case, I loved everything about these two meals but cannot eat them because of the strong onion flavor. I like garlic alot, but that's not the flavor that I'm getting. I will not be able to order them anymore unless someone has a suggestion to fix them.

Can anyone help?

I found the Swedish Meatballs completely unedible, I don't think I could 'doctor' it up enough. Love the Chicken Carbonera and the Fetuccini.

Hi...what I do with the Swedish meatballs is add sauteed mushrooms or pepper strips (i buy the precut frozen ones) or I also add cut up green beans and chopped carrots to it....it volumizes it and just adds flavor. Sometimes I'll even lightly grind some red pepper flakes into it or add a spoon of fat free sour cream plus all the veggies....
Hope this helps-

HI--for the Potato Soup--I make Clam Chowder! I use canned clams and also add some cooked carrots and sometimes green beans. I also use some of the clam juice from the can to add some flavor and cut the garlic a little. Chop some parsley for the top too...it looks good and tastes pretty good too. Alot of times I do this on days when I eat the Cranberry Almond or Banana Almond cereal for breakfast because both call for adding a meat as does the potato soup. That way I can use the whole can of clams in the soup.
Hope this helps-
