I have it and absolutely LOVE it. It keeps track of everything like your measurements, weight, strength and flexibility. There's an option to use your home equipment, like hand weights, balancing ball, etc. or you can go without using any equipment. As you progress through the game, the difficulty level raises based on questions she asks you and if it gets too tough, she adjust your program to fit you. Once you've had 9 or 10 workout sessions, you get the challenge and you get to record all your changes that were initial entered. Also, if you don't show up for a couple of days, she will call you out on it. She's like an animated personal trainer.
Another game that's coming out soon (May 19, 2009) is supposed to be even more advanced than My Fitness Coach. It's backed by Bob Greene (Oprah's Trainer) and looks like another winner. Plus, I think it comes with some exercise equipment. It's called EA Sports Active. Here's the website:
http://www.easportsactive.com/home.actionSome of the exercises will include Dancing, Aerobic Dancing, Cardio Boxing (Like the Gold's Gym game), Tennis, Inline Skating, Running, Walking and I think regular sports fitness type exercises like squats, etc.
EA Sports Active is probably going to fly off the shelf at most store, so you might want to find a place where you can pre-order or reserve the game.
I'm really looking forward to EA Sports Active to use along with My Fitness Coach. Hope this information helps
