I just tried something new today and thought Id share. Its called disc golf and its actually where you through different types of frisbees into a basket. There is a lot of walking, picking up frisbees, throwing, and hunting missing frisbees. I didn't expect it to be much of a workout but during a 2 hour time frame to complete the course I felt like I utilized the same energy it would take for a 40 minute low impact cardio workout. It was a fun change of pace. Personally, I had no idea such a thing even existed so I just wanted to let you all know in case you have a disc golf course hiding out in your town somewhere.
