I'm glad to see a Tuesday weigh in!!!

Hshelley... don't worry about not having a big loss this week... you lost a lot the first week, and it takes a bit for your body to make up after that. Just keep on exercising and eating on the plan, and you'll be amazed at how well the "little losses, one week at a time" add up!
I've been on the plan since October, and have lost just over 26 pounds. The best news is that I've lost 16 inches!!!! People are now noticing, and I can fit into clothes that I haven't worn in years (literally!).

I was really happy to wear my favorite winter coat that I've ever owned last weekend. (Just in time too, it's really warm, and our highs lately have been in the single digits, or the teens!)
I missed last Tuesday because of a snowstorm... but was down 2.7 pounds last night... yipee!!! So, slow and steady wins the race, right? I'm figuring if it takes me a year to lose the 70 pounds I need to, then that's fine... I feel better, have more energy, by blood glucose levels are almost where they need to be, and life is good!!! So, keep on trying, and realize that every week won't be a big loss, but all of the little losses add up!
