Hi!
On week one and so far so good.
I have a question - I have the table syrup on my pre planned week one menu- had it with the french toast this am.
However, I noticed that the limited list includes the packet of syrup as well. Does that mean that I count that one that was listed on my menu as one of my limited foods for the day?
Thanks in advance!!

I was wondering the same thing, hopefully some one will answer. I really enjoyed the french toast.

It is a bit confusing, and I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I believe you do NOT have to count the syrup as one of your limited frees. If the food item is printed on your planned menu, then it's included in the 1200 (1500... whatever) calorie count. If you opt to use a second packet of syrup, THEN it would be a limited free.
(I'm not a big fan of the syrup, so I don't buy it or use it... a few calories saved for something else during the day)

You are correct, poozie. You only have to count any after the first one as a limited free.

Great I can scratch that check mark off. Thanks for the info.
