Apologies for XP but I didn't get a reply in the Menu board.

I have not been able to access the Planned Menu planner. When I click on the "select a planned menu" button, a small box with gold borders opens but the only clickable item in it is the "cancel" button. I see from the demo that I should be seeing a couple of different options in there according to calorie level. I've tried in 2 different PCs, one with Vista and one with XP, with the same results. Suggestions??

We do apologize for the inconvenience and trouble you are experiencing. If possible, can you take a screenshot of this issue and email it to web_support@jennycraig.com? You can do this by simply clicking on the "Print Srcn" button on your keyboard, then going to your email and hitting "Control + V" to paste it. We are having our developers look into this issue but a screenshot would definetely help. We hope to have this replicated soon as we can resolve this issue you are experiencing.

Thank you for your reply. I was on vacation and just got home today, so I hadn't seen your post. I will do what you suggest and send it in. I also received an email from JC regarding the issue. I truly appreciate the response!
