I'm thinking of buying Hip Hop Abs off Amazon. Anyone use it? Like it? Let me know!
I also saw a suggestion for Callenetics. What do you think about this exercise dvd?
THANKS!

I love Hip Hop Abs! It's a really great total body workout. The host, Shaun T, keeps you motivated.

They're only DVDs, so what's the investment, $25-30 each? Why not get both and alternate? You'll probably get better results from each, you won't get bored and neither will your body. Sometimes you can buy these used on eBay or Amazon, so it would be even cheaper, if $ is an issue.
I used Callanetics WAY back in the '80s, and really loved it. Still have the ol' VHS. I'm sure they've changed it up over the years, but if they've stuck with the original style, it would be the antithesis of Hip Hop Abs, and would be a great complement/balance. Hip Hop Abs is high energy/total body/more cardio=fat burning. Callanetics, if the same style as of old, is very quiet and focused on one muscle group at a time, which equals toning. Great combination!

Hip Hop Abs is a lot of fun. I was actually part of the test group when he was trying out for the part with Beachbody. Shaun T's hilarious and a lot of fun. Once you pop in the first video and complete it all the way through, you'll feel like a million bucks! The music's pretty fun, too. Have fun!
