I lost 4 lbs my first week! I was so excited. It is such a motivator. I actually expected to only lose 1-2 lbs. And my consultant, Ginger, told me that I don't have to deprive myself during Thanksgiving. That made me happy. I figured I'd be taking my little JC dinner along with me with my snacks and bag of veggies. I'll probably still take the snacks and veggies but realize I'll be able to eat Thanksgiving dinner with the rest of my family. I'll just eat smaller portions and make smarter choices.
