Hi, Everyone!
As you can see by my ticker tape tracker, I've reached my goal! Actually, my goal was 135 but I listed it as 130 as a way to encourage me to succeed. Don't ask -- it's just the way my mind works!

It has been great meeting all of you here in JC, but my membership is up on either Dec. 1 or 12. I joined on Sept. 12, 2008 and paid my $20 for 3 months. If they go by three- months-to-the-day, then 12/12 is it for me.

Although I could not digest or tolerate the JC foods, I followed as best as I could the diet with exhanges and "MOMO." I'm here to tell you that it works!! From this point on, I will be eating the right way, which is what I learned through JC.

I just wanted to wish everyone here the best of luck and success with this program. Believe in yourself and believe in meeting your goals, and it will happen.

A great BIG congrats on reaching your goal!!!! It must be a wonderful feeling!! And you basically did it eating on your own so maintainence should be no problem for you. Hope you still check in on us occasionally and let us know how you are doing and to help encourage us to hang in there if and when you read any of us are struggling, which I have been known to do every now and then. Right now I am back on track and hopefully will remain there till I reach my goal!!

Hi, Rie! We are all so very proud of you... taking a situation where I would have just quit and turning it around to drive you to succeed. I will think of you every time I get the itch to quit.

Kathy already said much of what I was thinking as I read your note, mainly that you've already been in maintenance, so that should be a breeze. May it be so.

I have enjoyed sharing with you all these months. Especially, with the death of your BF husband, and my BF's father passing..We got each other through that rough sad patch, and you came out shining by reaching your goal CONGRATULATIONS!!!!!!!!! You of all people deserve this!!!! Yo are such a kind, sweet, caring women, that has helped out alot over these months that I have been on JCD. You messges and kind words brought a smile to my face. I appreciate all your advice, and direction..Pleas, drop in and check on all of us,you are going to be missed!!!!!!!!Again, thanks for all your support and encouragement,God Bless you!!!
