I have these coming up on my menu within the next couple days. How does everyone prepare them to get the most satisfaction???

For the Southwest Chicken I make a huge salad and spoon it on top like a taco salad, adding salsa and ff sour cream on top, plus a little avacado as my fat serving instead of salad dressing.
The cajun chicken tastes pretty go to me as-is, but I thought about making it into a big gumbo soup a few nights ago since I have a bag of frozen okra on hand. Maybe I'll try it like that next time if its still available (its a temp food, not sure from when).
