In another thread someone suggested freezing them in four-cookie servings. I'm going to have to do that---I LOVE gingerbread cookies and limiting myself to FOUR is not going to happen unless I tuck those babies into individual ziplocs and freeze their sweet little butts! laugh.gif

I get the part about packaging them into individual servings, which I think is a great idea. But, why do you need to freeze them? I betcha the shelf life on those little guys is pretty long.... cookies (especially crunchy ones) are very shelf stable.

Christine - it's a new item from JC - Tub of Gingerbread Men Cookies.

I think everyone means that if you freeze them then you wont be tempted to eat more than one serving at a time.

Can someone who has the cookies help me out here? I noticed on my ingredients list that the cookies they had last year contained gelatin. If someone could check the ingredients on the package I'd really appreciate it. Do this year's cookies contain gelatin? Thanks!

Here`s the ingredient list (and me trying to not open the container and eat one of those little suckers!) lol

enriched wheat flour, sugar, palm oil, molasses, glucose-fructose, cinnamon, salt, ginger, corn syrup, sodium bicarbonate, titanium dioxide, allspice and GELATIN listed last.

Hope this helps you.

I think they are great too and my 19 year old son loves them - i have to separate some out into 4 cookie packages and tell him not to eat those. I leave some for him because it's better than the other sweet treats he chooses.
