The long anticipated Wii Challenge is finally here.
So I am going to make this as short and to the point as possible.
AnyOne Can Join and I mean Anyone what ever fitness Level that you are at It does not matter.
The Challenge will start off fairly simple and over the week begin to gradually turn in to physical challenges.
I envision that this challenge will grow to so much more than just an activity accountabiltiy blog but more of an inspiration and competitive motivation site where we give motivation to kick our activity up a notch.
Like I said the challenge will start fairly simple Get 30 min a day (30 min straight for the real challenge) so by the end of the week you Fit bank should have a total of 3 hours and 30 min. and by the end of the month you should get at leat 15 hours in. for those of you who are just starting your Activity please take it easy and do not push yourselves. break your 30 mins down by 10 mins increments.
Please Reply with your preferred routine so other can try them out..
please offer your motivation tips.
Please check in a frequent as you can.
Remember this challenge is not limited to Wii Fit, Wii sports, DDR, if you have another game that works for you please suggest it... as we will soon be looking forward to the real challenge. And do not forget to suggestion your own challenges to all of Us. ex. Run for 20 mins or boxing for 10 mins. All challenges are Welcome.
