I know I bought this a few weeks ago. I have been walking since the weather was nice but is is starting to get cold out so I popped in the DVD.....

I liked it because it reminds of when I use to train with a trainer about 2 years ago. You go for 1min per excerise and you use resistence bands. I feel a little uncoordinated. If i stick with I will get better. I did stick with it for the entire 21mins. I am a little sore today though but a good sore. I hope I stick with. I tend to get bored fast. ;( I will keep posting to let everyone know how it goes. I am going to pop it in tonight too.

I did this again last night the lower body for 15mins. Let me tell you I am so sore this morning. I feel it every where. This is good sore though. I think it was worth money. I am really enjoying it thus far!!! wink.gif We are going to try tonight the Abs part I can not wait this should be fun!!!

Hey, T-Bug! I like your attitude about your new workout! I like to use DVDs, too, because I can pretend that I'm taking a class and not really working out alone. It's great that Barry splits up the workouts' focus so that you aren't working the same areas every time, and that you can do *something* every day. I find that a single-focus workout that can only be done every other day seems to morph into 3x a week, then 2x, then never again. The "daily" factor is what's going to give you the results that you are looking for.

Are you still using Barry's Bootcamp and, if so, how is it working out for you? I'm thinking about getting it as I also get bored easily and need to "shake it up" a bit.

I'd love to hear if anyone has used this and if you have gotten results. I only need to lose about 10 more pounds but I need to do something different.

Hi what is Barrys Bootcamp? I get bored easy also.I have the Jillian Michaels DVD from the Biggest Loser and I did them once and now their collecting dust..I just turned 60 I had my knee torn bilateral cartilage this summer and this week don't I fall on the ice and injury two fingers.So what is the bootcamp again LOL got off track..Thanks

I love these DVD's!!!!! Its quick but I really feel like I got an awesome workout!!!!
