I know I bought this a few weeks ago. I have been walking since the weather was nice but is is starting to get cold out so I popped in the DVD.....
I liked it because it reminds of when I use to train with a trainer about 2 years ago. You go for 1min per excerise and you use resistence bands. I feel a little uncoordinated. If i stick with I will get better. I did stick with it for the entire 21mins. I am a little sore today though but a good sore. I hope I stick with. I tend to get bored fast. ;( I will keep posting to let everyone know how it goes. I am going to pop it in tonight too.
