CW this week = 223.5 - down 1.2 # this week!
I am hoping to increase my exercise a little more this week... I have been climbing stairs - tired of waiting for the elevator! I also hope to increase my water intake... Good luck everyone!

I just updated the numbers. Congratulations for the great resolutions!
I will try to increase my daily walking, and maybe have more veggies/fruit instead of 100-calories chocolate bars...

I finally have a number for the challenge! My current weight is 121.6, for a .6 loss.
Starting weight 122.2
current weight 121.6 (-.6)
Still struggling with that darn 5 lbs that I gained over the summer! It's been 3 months and I've only been able to drop 2 lbs.

O Happy day - I am down 3 lbs this week!! And as a Canadian I had Thanksgiving dinner this week too. Kinda crazy if you ask me, but I will take it!!
Next week I am away for business Tues, Wed, Thurs, 1/2 of Fri - plus I plan to switch to heavier clothes for WI - so if I can just maintain this loss I will be very happy indeed.
