I Just tried it and give it a resounding thumbs up!!! The portion seemed very small. I'm guessing the 3 meatballs were the bulk of the calories (They really tasted good). This could go to the top of my list for Italian options.
Any other reviews out there??

I tried the Spaghetti & Meatballs and thought it was great too! I think it is a temporary item though so get it while you can.

I tried this last night and loved it. I had a chicken sandwich for lunch that day, and just cut the chicken up over salad, saved the bread for this to make garlic bread with. It was fantastic.

I thought it was just OK. There isn't enough sauce and what there is doesn't taste right. The meatballs taste rubbery, although the spaghetti itself is good. I am spoiled on Lean Cusine spaghetti with meat sauce. It's much better. More sauce, too. I was brought up eating really good spaghetti and meatballs that my Italian grandma used to make, so if I like it, that says something. Sorry Jenny!!

I wasn't impressed. Too dry and the portion is way too small. I tried adding a whole bunch of broccoli to it, to "volumize" my meal, but since there was no sauce to speak of, the broccoli didn't really become part of the dish. next time, I might try adding some salsa or a bit of tomato sauce (just some paste whisked up with water, herbs and spices).

I loved it. I did add stuff though. I added some fresh roma tomatoes, a little tom. sauce, fresh basil, garlic and topped with a little fat free mozarella cheese at the end. I baked it in the oven, and loved it! I think it would be okay plain, but i usually doctor up the entrees with free or limited free items.

I really love the Spaghetti with Meatballs as well! I did some things to volumize it and posted my recipe on my blog along with a picture of the finished dish.

I, too, love the spaghetti and meatballs. I did add extra veggies, mushrooms, green and red peppers, onions sauteed first with a spritz of Olive Oil PAM.
This is a keeper!
