Its amazing!
Take the Honey Oat Bar out of the packaging and nuke it for 15 sec. Then, spread a Ginger Mango Chutney on it... the way the flavors combine is P E R F E C T I O N !
Thought I'd share. (I get my chutney from Trader Joes)

Haven't seen you on the forums lately and was wondering how you were doing.... love your YouTube videos!
I just had a Honey Oat Bar this morning, but used some leftover Date Honey on it, which also has some candied ginger in it. (Doesn't sound very JC, but too good to waste, and I really did use a small portion!!) I'm seeing a Ginger connection.
Don't you love Trader Joe's? I will definitely buy the Ginger Mango Chutney on my next trip. I like to pick up a jar of some sort of topping and use it for the pizza. Anything with artichokes or red pepper is for me!

Okay, I already posted this idea, but I'll put it here too since this thread is devoted to the honey oat bar. I take canned peaches and drain the juice, dump in a bowl, crumble the honey oat bar on top, and nuke for 40 seconds. It's delicious and filling.
Edited to add that your suggestion on the mango chutney sounds delicious too!!
