Hey guys! I have been thinking about doing Jenny Craig (I need to lose 20 pounds to make it to my goal), and stumbled upon a podcast called Yell at your Fat in iTunes. This girl lost 139 pounds on Jenny Craig-- she did the vegetarian plan. Anyway, I thought I would pass this info on in case it helps anybody! Good luck on your goals everybody!

Too cool!! I've been making all kinds of excuses for the slow weight loss on vegetarian plan -- too much cheese, too many pizzas -- but I have been losing. It's great that there is proof that a person can stick to the vegetarian options on JC and still lose weight.
Thanks for giving me the motivation to stick to it!
As an aside, I was watching "I Lost It" on DiscoveryHealth over the weekend, and they featured a young mother who lost all her weight on Jenny Craig. It wasn't vegetarian plan, but still it was inspiring to see and hear her story.
