Some ways I've figured out how to get my 10,000 + steps in each day.

1. If you work, walk a couple of extra hallways when you leave the restroom.

2. Doctor's office: Walk in the waiting room until the doctor comes in. (I did 4,000 steps in the waiting room yesterday waiting for my doctor. Yes, it's tight, however, it can be done.)

3. Waiting in line - walk in place. It may look strange, however, you are taking care of yourself and getting the walking exercise one needs.

4. No treadmill at home - walk in place while watching TV. Or, find a short walk way in the TV room where you can actually walk. Combine both walking styles.

You'd be surprised how many steps you can get in in the most unusual places. It works.

Using these techniques, I walked 14,000 miles yesterday.

Hope you find this information helpful. :>)
