[/font][/color] Hi all sorry I haven't texted since the 1st time but I'm not a puter person so this and Jenny are all new to me. lol To update on my weight loss journey I have now loss 20lbs as of last sat weight in. I'm so happy and have stuck to the JC food and added a dance video on my days off. Ihave two left feet but it is alot more fun than reg excersise video, I agree that getting any excersise is a tough thing because I work 12 hour shifts at night and on my nights I work I just come home and want to collapes and sleep. But I wore a meter for steps last night and I walk an adverage of 7000 steps on a shift. On my days off I use a sit up work out cause that is the point of my body I need to work on and there I am VERY motiated to do. Tomorrow is my anniversery and will venture out to dinner to celebrate. This will be the 1st non-Jenny meal since I started in July. SCARY!! But I am knowing my portions sizes and will see what this coming will bring on sat. The biggest loser has started and I love these brave people and their struggle with getting healthy. On their website I found a place where you can find out how much calories you burn based on height and weight when you are at rest. I found that very interesting. Mine was about 1390. My hubby is very suportive and bless him for being so. Thank you all for being at this site and being so suportive and sharing all your helpful tips...hugs and big smiles..
