Does anybody know if there is a substitute or equivalent to the JC blueberry muffin? I'm trying to incorporate my own foods a little at a time. Any help is appreciated. Thanks!

Weight watchers has some muffins you can compare to JC. I buy vitamuffins 200 cals and 0 fat. I first would buy them in the frozen section but now I buy them on line, less expensive. I just had one--tastes great, not as moist as JC but no fat
