I am so inspired!

I am also doing with with my significant other, and I KNOW he will get to goal before I do. Already he is down 10 to my 6, but I also know that I want him to be happy and healthy and around for a long time- he is going to be my husband, after all!

I really connected to what Valerie said about having someone to do this with- it is almost like having your own cheering squad, and I feel so thankful that I don't have to worry about cooking separate meals for him while I eat the Jenny Cuisine- which we have both really been enjoying.

I know it will get more difficult when he gets to his halfway point first and starts adding his own meals...but I also feel like Valerie and Tom got through it (and shared the tale)- so we will too.

Thanks for sharing your thoughts with us...

You don't HAVE to do any of your own meals at halfway, so ask your husband to wait! The only thing is, his weight loss won't slow down and he'll reach goal quicker than if he did meals on his own.

You're lucky you're doing it together. My husband is thin and doesn't worry about his weight, but I have to hide my lemon and chocolate cakes from him or he'll eat it! He raids the fridge at 11pm and before he knew the cakes were JC he gobbled them up before I could stop him.

Same with the pizza's- I have to make sure the kids don't eat them.

Good luck to both of you!
