We really didn't plan anything in advance for our 12th wedding anniversary, and ended up going to Cheesecake factory. I ended up ordering a half turkey sandwich and side salad w/low fat sesame dressing. It also came with a bowl of broccoli cheese soup and I ate about 2 spoons of it before I gave it to my husband. And of course you have to have dessert, and I ate about 3/4 of a slice of cheesecake. I did NOT eat any of the bread that they put at the table and only drank water. In retrospect, I thought maybe I should have said no mayo on the sandwich and should have only ate 1/2 of the cheesecake. When we got home I burned off 250+ calories on my exersize bike, and plan to do that much or more tomorrow.
I feel I did OK-ish, and yet I'm still concerned about my weigh-in on Tuesday. What do you think?
