i'd love to hear about the additional jenny exercise stuff they offer and if you have had positive experiences with it. also are they overpriced? my center said i get a 5% discount which is like...a dollar fifty. haha. i think im interested in the ropes or the stick thing

i love "the stick thing" if you are referring to the 3-in-1 sculpting bar!
it came with 2 dvds. one of the dvds has 4 workouts on it, 10 minutes each--a lower body, an upper body, an abs, and a cardio workout. you can do one at a time or put them together in any order and do 40 minutes.
what i do is 10 minutes each evening. i rotate the workouts so i am not doing the same muscle groups back to back. so i do upper body one night, lower body the next, then abs, and so on. it's so easy to find time to do a 10-minute workout! and the toning really helped increase the amount of inches i've lost and the way my clothes fit.
i decided i needed a little extra on the abs day, and i also have the abs ball workout from jc, so on my abs night, i do the abs ball workout, then the sculpting bar abs workout after that.
hope this helps:)

I just bought the 2 lb. hand weights last week. I really like them- using them while walking on the treadmill. It adds to upper body getting in on the "action"!
They are comfortable and easy to manuever. Ask to try them on/out of the box at your next appt. so you can see how they are. They remind me of boxing gloves- sort of!

I was thinking about getting "the stick thing" tomorrow. I thought it was pretty nifty when I saw it on Tuesday. Thanks for the info. on it!

I love love love my sculpting bar. It's incredibly versatile. I use it for crunches, while I'm doing lunges and squats, carry it while on the treadmill...its fantastic. Plus I love that the DVD is in 10 minute segments for the days when I just don't really feel like working out..I tell myself the LEAST i can do is 10 minutes with my sculpting bar. And usually once I get going I do more smile.gif
