Hello all, I tried JC back in 2003 with not much luck, was not really committed. Have been on/off WW about 100 times (well not really but it seems like it). I have 65 lbs to lose. I am already committed to a good exercise program I do Leslie Sansone 4 mile watp. I want to get it up to 2 times a day. I need the structure JC offers. We are trying to have a baby. I have lost 3 in the last 4 yrs before they were born. I want to do this until I get pregnant and then rejoin after 6 weeks of the birth. Does that make sense. I really don't like the center near me and would rather do it directly. Can you tell me how you have done on the program, what you do for exercise, does anyone do Leslie? Also, maint they say you know how to portion and eat regular food then. Is this true? Does it sound like a good plan to do this with trying to get pregnant. Not knowing how long it could take us I might as well try to get some weight off. I would love feedback....
