Ah, so here you all are.....2BeSlim, luv2clog, mamadukes, browneyed*buckeye, lisainvic, might remember me. Unfortunately I am right back where I started with the weight issue, no idea what happened (well, I do, I went to the middle east for work and ate humous and falafel for 2 months with no scales in the house.....) and I am ready for another challenge, if no one else is running it I will......I have the food in the house and started 2 days ago, but its exactly 15 weeks from today until my holiday, so......what do you think? I am up for 10 pounds in 6 weeks but maybe that is too much for people already a few weeks down the line. 6 pounds in 6 weeks or 10 pounds in 10 weeks. Px

Hi Pauline, Glad to see you back safely from your time in the middle east. I just got home yesterday from 2 weeks in Florida, we did the theme parks. I'm not sure what the "damage" is because I don't want to weigh until the water retention gets under control, but I'm sure I gained at least 5 lbs so I would like to join you in your challenge. My goal might not be 10 lbs, I'll decide after I see what my current weight is. Thanks for running the challenge!

I would love to join your challenge (as I am clearly not going to reach my Labor day challenge goal). 10# in 10 weeks sounds good to me!

Well! 10 pounds in 10 weeks it is then.....
so I don't know how you guys have been dong this because I haven't been here for a while, but if you don't mind, if I'm keeping the thread, we'll do it like this.....just this one strand unless loads of people join and we need another one to post weigh-in's and one for chat.
If you post your weigh-in for this week - that's from today (so if you weigh in today thats you done for Week 1 already) through next Thursday, that will be the Week 1 weigh-in and I'll start a new thread with that info next Friday morning, so we'll finish 10 weeks today.
When you do post, can you do it in a message that has ONLY that info so I can find it easily, and it put in
1. Start Weight (optional)
2. Current Weight (optional)
3. Loss for the Week
4. Total Loss for Challenge
Yeah! Good Luck All! I've started another thread with this message for Week one.

Can I join too? Maybe something like this will keep me on track! I've been so on and off with the program. I'm suppose to WI today but I'm going to wait until next week. I just know it isn't going to show the results I'm hoping for so...
I've never participated in a challenge so I might need some direction on the posting part.
Off to drink my coffee.

Of course you can, the more the merrier......check out the other thread for posting results etc. I am just home from the gym and feeling virtuous! My first big challenge is tomorow when I am going out for Mexican....bit concerned bout that....Px

Great Pauline. Just what I needed. Timing couldn't be better! I will post my first weigh in this wednesday then. Fell of the wagon, but really ready to get right back on. Put back some lbs that I worked so hard to lose. I was looking and feeling soooo much better. Thanks for doing this

Hi Everyone,
I lost .8 at my WI on Tuesday. I was hoping for more but happy with that. My husband and I had a date night on Saturday which included a 3 mile run and then dinner. So I wasn't on plan completely last week. Hopefully next Tuesday will show more of a loss.
