This forum is full of negative comments so I thought I would start a thread that was positive. My center is in Knoxville, TN and although it is a franchize it's great. I have never had a bad experience there. Everyone there is always smiling and they offer both motivation and guidence with every weigh in. My orders are always correct and they have a price list available for those that want one. (I don't want one) I have had a slow but steady weight loss since I joined in January of 08. When I don't have a good weigh in they are always positive and upbeat and offer advice on how to get back on track. Oh well, that's just my 2 cents..................Janet

My center in Woodbridge, VA is great too and I absolutely appreciate my JC Consultant Sara!!! I switch to her this past winter because I was struggling in maintenance. She offered the right blend of encouragement, insight and ideas to get me back on track. Now I feel confident to enter the maintenance phase and continue on as a slim healthy and vibrant lady.

My Centre is in Lynnwood, WA. I have a great consultant. I've been doing the personalized plan pretty much from Week 2 or 3, and she's never given me any flak about it and is thrilled with my results. I don't know how the rest of the consultants are, but mine is a real gem, and I hope she doesn't decide to seek employment elsewhere.

So far so good with my Center too!

My first 2 meeting were with the Director and she was very helpful and non-pushy as I read elsewhere. I only found out about the soupitizers and anytime bars as *I* asked about them (to which I got a reply of, you'll let me know when you'll need them and that you just take a vitamin to replace latter item.)

my center was HORRID. i had to switch it. everyone there just seemed to be from another planet or something. it's like they knew nothing about the program. hopefully the new one i go to this week will be better ::: crosses fingers ::::
