So I worked out on Monday and Wednesday and Weighed in on Thursday.. I only lost .6 of a lb. which of course was kind of dissapointing... I had a big lost on the first week.. I lost 4.5 lbs. My JCC told me that since I did weights the day before that could of been the reason why I didnt see a big number this time around. Even though it was a small lost.. I actually thought I didnt lose any or would of seen an increase on the scale for some weird reason even though i did my diet like I should for the week.. I felt heavier ... Let's see how next week goes for me.

Congrats on losing 5.1 lbs in 2 wks!!! I have to say you shouldn't worry about that 0.6 loss. You lost a lot that first week and it may just be your body saying hey slow down. You may have a better loss next week.

Thanks Cropper that's what my JCC said to me also.. I am not feeling too too bad.. I am still eating how I should and will be back at the gym tomorrow

Way to go on your weight loss thus far. The second week always seems to be a lot less then the first week which can be disappointing and your third week might be the same. Your body is adjusting and first week is fluid loss.
Every diet I have been on the toughest week seems to be the second week. My first weigh-in is Tues. so I will be working on my second week and will let you know how I did. biggrin.gif

Oh wow, well my second weigh in is this week, and I have been working at the gym every night! I am scared to not lose, but truthfully, I am really motivated, so it's a win win, right?

I have my second weight in on Saturday and I am also scared. I have a problem with being disappointed and then I stop trying. I need to look at the bigger picture.
