Had my 4 week check-up on Saturday. I was feeling discouraged because the scale has not moved in over a week. I went to my appt. and they said it was time to do measurements. I was down 10 inches ! Very excited about that. I look forward to seeing the scale move again. Hopefully it will be sooner rather than later. This plan is just so great & I love it.
PS- Has anyone seen the newest commercial with Valarie. She looks awesome. That can be all of us someday
