Does anyone know any company that makes vegetarian sugar- free gelatin or have a GOOD recipe for making your own.Thanks-Sue

vegetarian jello
4 tablespoons agar agar flakes (kanten)
1 quart fruit juice
bring to a boil, simmer for 5 minutes.
Pour into a dish, add fruits if you like.
Chill
For the fruit juice, I'd choose one with low sugar. Hope that helps!
