Hi:

I have been in the program since the beginning of april. I have already liost about 16 pounds which is great!!!!
However, in the last 3 or 4 weeks my weight lost started to be lower. I was loosing 1.8 pounds a week, but yesterday on my last session I only lost 2 ounces of a pound.
Because of work and school I haven't had too much time to work out, but only 2 ounces less???? I guess is better than nothing!
Any tips or advices?
Thanks!!!!!

Hi,

I am going thru the same thing. I have been on the program since April and lost 17lbs. Origninally I had big drops weekly ( steady 2lbs wkly) but for the past 3 weeks my weight has not budged angry.gif And that's with exercise. Anyway, the feedback I've got is that this is expected and we need to hang in with the program. I've been told that eventually your body will kick back in and we'll start losing. THE IMPORTANT MESSAGE IS NOT TO GIVE UP AND FALL INTO OLD HABITS. That's hard for me though. Work with your JCC and read the posts ( they really help motivate). Also, if you are close to your goal the wiehgt comes off slower. I have 7lbs to go....

Good luck and GREAT JOB with your loss to date.
