Hello ya'll, my hubby and I are in our 3rd week. We are both doing ok,I think I am handling the portions better than he is. I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to handle the fruit thing....by that I mean, hubby is eating 3 or 4 fruits a day and he is quickly getting tired of it, I mean he likes fruit, but apparently not this much. Does anyone know how to still get in the benefits without maybe the quantities? Thanks and good going to all of you!!
