Hello,
I am just getting started. Can someone share with me how to get the weight loss ticker to post to my topics?

Just go to
http://www.tickerfactory.com/ezticker/tick...gner.php?type=3and select the ticker you want and enter in your information.
The copy the code and insert it into your signature under My Controls. I just did mine yesterday. It is pretty easy.

Thank You!!!!! I will do it this week end. I think it helps to see some progess. My first weigh in is on Monday.
So far I have followed it to the T... I hope to see results on Monday...

Hello everyone! This is my first time blogging so we shall see how this goes. I have been on the Jenny plan 3 weeks today and hit my first plateau already

I have lost a total of 8 pounds and then today poof nothing! I was disappointed as I have stuck to the program exactly. My consultant said today that my weight staying the same is probably due to my TOM starting today. Does anyone have any thoughts about this? Any advice would be great as I don't want to be discouraged.

Okay so I think I got the ticker filled out right, so I hope it posts to this when I am done with the posting. I hope this finds everyone doing well. I am just finished my third week and stayed the same this week. So, I am somewhat disappointed. Didn't even stray once. The only thing that I can think of is it's my TOM which my consultant said some people tend to gain. Any advice? I tend to get very easily discouraged so any words of wisdom would be great!

Did all of you new members figure out how to get a ticker..I had the darndest time getting mine set up..I am not computer savvy....I hope all of you figure it out..Good-luck on JC or JCD...

I'm replying to Minderella's post: yes, it's normal not to lose the week of TOM. Water retention. And occasional plateaus are normal. Just step up the cardio and stick to plan 100%. The scale will move.
