I call it my ' Diet for Dummies' LOL But I mean that in the very BEST way................. my food is all there for me...............No Counting Points ............. No counting Calories.............. or figuring out Exchanges etc.................... all I have to do is eat it..........
hard part comes in avoiding things other people throw our way or when we have a family to feed as well........... but it really seems to give me the determination to keep going anyway............
