Ever have that feeling like nothing you say would make any difference? Some times this old gal gets to feeling like that, happened last week. Avoided coming here thinking no-one would care. I know different but when that happens I just avoid things.
Then when I wanted to come here, the GD PC would not connect with this web site!! I tried for two days and all night and still could go anywhere but here. Finally did like the son said, unplug the cable box and see what happens.

Have been losing the weight as you can tell by my siggy, and feeling a bit better. The food is still quite good, and my counselor had a nice chat with me this time, so no problems there. I had to tell her there is one food I really do NOT like, and that is those anytime bars. sad.gif I just do not want them, no problems she says, and cancels them from the order. I have gotten a great liking for apples, so that is helping a great deal.
Well nice to be back, and I am going to try and post at least once a week, every day gets a bit too much for me at times. Glad you are all doing okay.
