Welcome to week 4 of the July 15th Challenge. This is the place to post your WI results. I will track your numbers from this thread. Please post congratulations and personal notes under the Chat thread. Keeping the results and chat separate will help me to track more easily. If I make a mistake with a number or left someone off, please let me know and I will be happy to edit.
I'm asking everyone to use the same format as Jen for the previous challenge.
Start weight on challenge: WI number (Challenge Goal Weight)
